The event space will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to enhanced cleaning guidelines.
All authors and event staff will be fully vaccinated and wearing face coverings.
Guest numbers will be kept well below the capacity indicated for proper social distancing guidelines.
Hand sanitizer and disposable face masks will be made available to all guests & staff.
Every in-person guest must:
provide proof of vaccination within 72 hours of purchasing a ticket.

Q. What is the exact address of the event?
A. Due to the intimate nature of the event, the address will only be shared with confirmed ticket holders. The event will be held in the historic district of Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and is easily accessible by mass transit.
Q. Why is each ticket for only a 30-minute time span?
A. This was the best way to accommodate as many guests as possible and maintain a safe & comfortable environment.
Q. If all in-person guests are required to be fully vaccinated, why are masked also required?
A. The same reason all motorists are required to have a valid driver's license and wear a seatbelt while operating a vehicle. For the safety and comfort for all participants, we insist on taking every precaution. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. What if I'm late for my timeslot?
A. You will be granted admittance for the duration of your time slot only OR if there is space you can wait for the next half-hour time slot.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. All in-person ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if you notify me using the form below within 24 hours of the event, I will do my best to resell your ticket. If I'm unable to, you will have your swag bag shipped to you & will be entered in the giveaway.
Virtual ticket sales are refundable up to 24 hours before the event.
Q. What if I want to stay for more than thirty minutes?
A. You can purchase extra tickets. Each ticket includes a half-hour entry, a swag bag, and a raffle entry.
Q. What if the time I want is sold out?
A. There are a small number of tickets per time slot, so I recommend purchasing your ticket early. If you do miss out on the time you want, check back regularly. A cancellation may free up a ticket in your preferred time slot. Guest will only be admitted during the time slot indicated on their ticket.
